After creating a space, you can set which companies have booking access and whether the space appears in the member portal.
This article describes setting up the company access setting for a space.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To set if a space is private
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Company Access tab.
Click the Edit button. Make your selections.
NOTE: This setting is set to No by default.
Select Yes and leave the company selection field empty if the space should be hidden in the member portal.
Select Yes and choose specific companies if the space should be bookable only by the selected companies.
Select No and leave the company selection field empty if the space should be available for booking by anyone.
Select No and choose specific companies if the space should not be bookable by the selected companies.
Click Save.
