Setting space order in the Bookings Menus

Updated over 3 months ago

You can customize the order that spaces show in the Bookings Menu in Kube, the Member Portal, and the Prospect Portal. When you select a space order, Kube displays the first space on the space order list as the leftmost space on the Bookings Menu, followed by the second space, etc. If a space cannot be booked by admins, members, or prospects, Kube does not display the space in the portal it cannot be booked in. For more information, see Bookings menu screen overview.

This article is part of the Kube space setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

NOTE: If a space cannot be booked by an admin, member, or prospect, Kube does not display that space on the respective menu. For example, let's say you have Space 1, Space 2, and Space 3, and you want them to display in the following order: Space 3, Space 1, Space 2. If Space 1 can't be booked by members, Kube displays Space 3 then Space 2 on the Member Portal Bookings Calendar. For more information about who can book spaces, see Setting who can book a space.

  8. Click Save.
