Enabling the floor plan custom layer

Updated over 3 months ago

The custom floor plan layer allows you to track additional information about a space in addition to the default Occupancy layer. Kube's default Occupancy layer has three default statuses: Vacant, Occupied - Booking, and Occupied - Contract. This article describes enabling the custom floor plan layer.

NOTE: Knowledge of SQL is required to create a custom query. Because of the advanced nature of this feature, details are not provided on creating the query. For assistance, please reach out to Yardi technical support.

Enabling the custom layer

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  4. Select the Floors then Floor Plan Layers tabs. The Layer Settings screen appears.
