Mapping spaces to a floor plan

Updated over 3 months ago

Floor plans allow you to add images to your Floors and map spaces to those images to visually represent the layout of your building. Once an image is added and spaces have been mapped, the Floor Plan Layers highlight different statuses of those spaces and can be used to quickly see occupancy, make a booking, or create a contract. This article covers mapping a space to a floor plan image.

NOTES:

  • If you have not already added a floor or an image to that floor, see Adding a floor and Adding a floor plan image.

  • Kube comes with default Floor Plan Layers called Occupancy and Space Availability. If you would like to track a custom status, this can be done by adding a custom floor plan layer. For information on enabling this layer, see Enabling the floor plan custom layer.
