Sometimes, members may try to edit a booking within the cancellation period. Normally, Kube allows bookings to be edited at any time before the booking starts. However, for each of your properties, you can set whether members can edit a booking when the booked space has a cancellation policy set up and the cancellation period has started.

To select whether a booking can be edited by a member within the cancellation period
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Booking Options tab.
Click the Edit button.
Make a selection next to the Restrict Members from Editing Bookings Within Their Cancellation Period field.
TIP: Select Yes to restrict booking edits within a space's cancellation period.
Click Save.
