Once you have added a package group, you can publish and unpublish the package group as needed. When you publish a package group, it shows on the Prospect Portal and Member Portal for your members and prospects to purchase. When you unpublish a package group, it does not show on the Prospect Portal or Member Portal.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To publish or unpublish a package group
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Package Groups in the side menu.
To publish a package group, click the Additional Options button next to the package name.
NOTE: You cannot publish an archived package group. For more information, see Archiving and activating package groups.
Click Publish in the drop-down menu. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
To unpublish a package group, click the Additional Options button next to the package name.
Click Unpublish in the drop-down menu. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
