What parts of my portals can I customize?

You can customize the menu layout, the favicon, the operator logo, and the different backgrounds of the Member Portal and Prospect Portal.

You can control the packages and amenities that show online in the Prospect Portal and CommercialCafe®. For more information, see Adding a package group.

Why can't I see my property on Yardi Internet Listing Services (ILS)?

If your organization has subscribed to Yardi ILS, you must publish your properties for them to appear on Yardi ILS. For more information, see Syncing, publishing, and unpublishing a property to Yardi ILS.

How do I update Yardi Internet Listing Services (ILS)?

If your organization has subscribed to Yardi ILS, you can make changes to your properties in Kube and sync them to Yardi ILS. For more information, see Syncing, publishing, and unpublishing a property to Yardi ILS.

What does the Inquire feature do in the Prospect Portal?

When you set a space, product, or service to Inquire, a member or prospect must contact your property to purchase the item. For more information, see Inquire function overview.

Why can't a customer log in to the Member Portal?

If the customer is not a member, they do not have access to the Member Portal. If they have either completed a purchase in the Prospect Portal or have been added as a member in Kube, they have access to the Member Portal.
