Yardi Internet Listing Services (ILS) are different products that allow you to list your services online. With respect to Kube, depending on your subscriptions, these services allow you to list your properties that potential customers use to find your space and amenity offerings.
All property and space information that is displayed on your Yardi ILS comes directly from Kube. For example, if you have subscribed to CommercialCafe®, you do not have to enter any data into CommercialCafe®.
When you are ready to allow potential customers to book spaces and purchase goods and services at your properties, you can sync and publish your properties to Yardi ILS.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Yardi ILS Tasks
You cannot sync or publish a property if its information is incomplete. If a square Select button does not appear next to a property and Incomplete is listed in the Published To column, the property is missing information needed to publish it.
Syncing a property updates the property information shown on Yardi ILS. Kube automatically syncs properties when you first create them and once they are published on a nightly basis. You can manually sync information as well, should you want to update property or space information between this nightly sync.
Publishing a property lists the property on Yardi ILS. Until you publish a property, no synced information shows. If you no longer want to show a property on Yardi ILS, you can unpublish the property.
NOTE: This article describes the process for syncing, publishing, and unpublishing single properties, but you can complete these actions for multiple properties at a time. Click the square Select button next to each property and select the desired action from the Action button's drop-down menu. The Published To column shows whether properties are published to Yardi ILS. If the label is green, the property is published. If it is red, it is not published.
To sync, publish, and unpublish a property to Yardi ILS
Select your personal profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.
Select Yardi ILS in the side menu. The Property Listing page appears.
To sync a property, locate the property in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the property.
Click the Sync button in the drop-down menu.
NOTE: For a property to show on your Yardi ILS subscription, you must also publish it. See Step 4 to publish a property. Once a property is published to your Yardi ILS subscription, Kube automatically syncs property and space information to that Yardi ILS nightly.
To publish a property, locate the property in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the property.
Click the Publish To Yardi ILS button in the drop-down menu.
To unpublish a property, locate the property in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the property.
Click the Unpublish button in the drop-down menu.
NOTE: If you are subscribed to Yardi ILS Premium, once your property is published, when a prospect starts to make a booking or purchase, they also see links to your Prospect Portal and direct website. Otherwise, if you are subscribed to Yardi ILS Standard, only spaces are listed.
