Amenities are goods and services that you sell at your properties. You can archive, or make inactive, an amenity when it is no longer relevant to your organization. You cannot archive default amenities, but you can deactivate them for the same effect. You can reactivate amenities if your organization offers the amenity again.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You cannot archive an amenity while it is part of an active contract or booking. Additionally, if an amenity is included in a package or a package is included in a package group, you cannot archive the amenity or package.
You can control whether prospects or members can purchase amenities, and whether amenities appear in contracts for internal users to add. For more information, see the Pricing and Online Settings sections of Adding a standard amenity.
To archive and activate an amenity
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Amenities tab.
To archive an amenity, locate the amenity in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the amenity you want to archive.
Click Archive in the drop-down menu. A confirmation request appears.
NOTE: If the amenity you are trying to archive is a default amenity, click Deactivate to inactivate the amenity.
Click OK.
To activate an amenity, click Archived located towards the top right of the grid.
Click the Additional Options button next to the amenity you want to activate.
Click Activate in the drop-down menu. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
