Reviewing and editing amenity information

After you add an amenity, you can review and edit amenity information as needed.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • If a package is included in an active contract, you can add or remove standard amenities, but you cannot add or remove amenities that require configuration. Either remove the package from all active contracts to edit it or create a new package that contains the desired amenities.

To review and edit amenity information

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu and select the Amenities tab.

  4. To review amenity details, locate the amenity in the grid and click the amenity's name.

    1. Click Close when finished.

  5. To edit an amenity, locate the amenity in the grid and click the amenity's name.

    1. Click the Edit button.

    2. Complete the fields you want to edit. For field descriptions, see the article dedicated to adding the type of amenity you are editing.

    3. Click Save.
