Adding a 24/7 booking access group

Updated over 4 months ago

A 24/7 booking access group is a label you can assign to companies and members to give members 24/7 access to your properties and spaces. You can add individual spaces or all spaces from properties to a 24/7 booking access group. After you add a 24/7 booking access group, you can assign it to companies and members to give them 24/7 access to the properties and spaces included in the 24/7 booking access group. For more information, see Assigning a 24/7 booking access group to a company and Assigning a 24/7 booking access group to a member.

This article is part of the Kube system setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

NOTE:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You can choose the default 24/7 booking access group that Kube automatically adds all new companies to. For more information, see Setting default company group options.

  • 24/7 booking access groups do not automatically allow members in the group to book on holidays. For more information, see Setting who can book on holidays.

  • If you add properties or spaces after creating 24/7 booking access groups, you must add the new properties or spaces to your 24/7 booking access groups for Kube to include them.

To add a 24/7 booking access group

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Bookings in the side menu and select the 24/7 Booking Access Groups tab.

  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Enter the name of the group.

  5. Select properties and spaces to include in the 24/7 booking access group. Note: When you select a property, Kube automatically includes all the existing spaces at that property in the 24/7 booking access group.

  6. Click Save.

TIP: The next step in the Kube system setup process is to add user and company types. For more information, see Adding a user and company type.
