A booking discount group is a label you can assign to companies and members to determine whether members pay retail or member price for spaces when making bookings, and whether they receive a discount off the price they pay. You can add different booking discount groups to customize discounts that your members receive on booking costs at the properties or spaces you select. After you add a booking discount group, you can assign it to companies and members to give them the discount. Kube includes default Retail and Member booking discount groups that you cannot edit. All new companies and members receive the Retail booking discount group by default. The Retail and Member booking discount groups pull the retail and member pricing set on the Space Pricing screen and do not include any discounts. By default, Kube adds new companies to the Member booking discount group. For more information, see Adding space pricing.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You can choose the default booking discount group Kube automatically adds all new companies to. For more information, see .
Discounts only apply to the space booking cost, not to amenities added to bookings.
If you add properties or spaces after creating booking discount groups, you must add the new properties or spaces to your booking discount groups for Kube to include them.
To add a booking discount group
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Bookings in the side menu and select the Booking Discount Groups tab.
Click the Add button.
Complete the fields. See the end of this article for a screen reference.
Select the properties and spaces you want the discount to apply to. Note: When you select a property, all the spaces for that property are automatically selected.
Click Save.
