A booking discount group is a label you can assign to companies and members to determine whether members pay retail or member pricing and whether they receive a discount when booking. You can add different booking discount groups to customize the discounts that your members receive on booking costs at the properties or spaces you select.
This article describes assigning a booking discount group to a company. For more information about adding a booking discount group, see Adding a booking discount group.
All new companies and members receive the Retail booking discount group by default. The Retail and Member booking discount groups pull the retail and member pricing set on the Space Pricing screen and do not include any discounts. By default, Kube adds new companies to the Member booking discount group. For more information about space pricing, see Adding space pricing.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
When you assign a booking discount group to a company, Kube updates all of the company's members' booking discount groups to the company group.
You can choose the default booking discount group that Kube automatically adds to all new companies. For more information, see Setting default company group options.
Discounts only apply to the space booking cost, not to amenities added to bookings.
