After the contract is activated, you can add more amenities without creating a full manual amendment. This option is available only if your organization uses ySign Express and the property has an Amenities & Packages Amendment Workflow set up. NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Adding additional amenities to a contract
Select Customers in the top menu, then Contracts from the drop down.
The Contracts Dashboard appears. Locate the contract in the grid and click the three dot additional options
button.Select Add Amenities in the drop down menu. The Add Amenities prompt appears. Make your selections.
Select a start date the amenities are amended to the contract.
Select an amenity from the drop down menu and adjust the quanitity as desired.
TIP: Click the Add Amenity button to add additional amenities.
Click Send Paperwork.
Kube sends the ySign Express communication to the member to review and sign.
When the member signs the ySign Express Paperwork, Kube automatically activates the contract if configured. For more information, see Setting default contract options.
