Updating the status of a MIMO

The MIMO Tracker menu allows you to quickly see which companies are moving in and out of spaces at a property. Each move record displays a status that can be updated. This article describes updating a move record's status.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Changing the status of a move record

  1. Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.

  2. Select MIMO in the side menu. The MIMO Tracker appears.

  3. Locate the move record in the grid and click the green status button.


    NOTE: When a move record is created, its default status is Scheduled.


    1. For a move in record, select Scheduled, Moved In, or Deferred from the drop down.

    2. For a move out record, select Scheduled, Moved Out, or Ready for Move In.

  4. Kube automatically saves the changes.
