The MIMO Tracker menu allows you to quickly see which companies are moving in and out of spaces at a property. On each move record, there is a projected date and time listed that the company will be moving into or out of a space. By default, the move record displays the contract start or end date and the property's opening or closing hours of operation. These dates and times could be subject to change, even though the original contract agreement did not. This article describes changing the date and time on move records.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Changing the date and time of a move record
Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.
Select MIMO in the side menu. The MIMO Tracker appears.
Locate the move record in the grid and click the pencil button next to the date to change the date or the clock button next to the time to change the time.
Kube automatically saves the changes.
NOTE: Changing the date or time does not affect the contract agreement. The date and time shown on the move record are for internal reference. To change the contract's move in or move out date, the contract needs to be amended.
