Contract eligibility rules for self-renewal
A contract must meet the following requirements for a self-renewal to appear in the Member Portal:
The contract must be active. It cannot be terminated or expired.
The contract cannot have any future active or in-progress amendments.
Auto Renew must be turned on.
The contract must have monthly Products & Services.
The contract cannot have any Custom Charges.
You can request additional stored procedures to further define which contracts the self-renewal configurations will apply to. For example, a stored procedure can be created to limit the configuration to only contracts where the space capacity cannot exceed 9.
