The self-renewal feature offers renewal options directly to members in the Member Portal. Configuration settings allow your organization to control contract terms, price increases, and discounts for spaces and amenities.
This article explains how to view self-renewal configurations and how the values displayed in the grid correspond to columns in the configuration file. For more information, see Self-renewal configurations.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Available Self-Renewal configurations
Column Name | Function |
Property | Displays the property associated with the property_id value. A hyphen (-) is displayed when a property is not specified. |
Products & Services | Displays the value from the types column. The value can be a space type, amenity type, or predefined grouping such as Spaces or Amenities. |
Space Capacity | Displays the full range from the capacity_max column. |
Current Contract Term | Displays the current contract term range defined by <contract_term> in the pricing column. |
Adjustment Applied to | Displays the <base_price_type> from the pricing adjustment column. The options are Base or Net. |
New Terms | Displays the renewal term range defined by <new_term> in the pricing column. |

NOTE: Discounts and increases may be listed as percentages or whole amounts. All calculations are made in the property's currency.

Viewing current self-renewal configurations
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Self-Renewal in the side menu. The Configuration menu appears.
Locate the self-renewal configuration in the grid and click the expand and collapse
button in the Details column to view additional information.Select Export Configuration to download a copy of all the current self-renewal configurations.
To update configurations, select Import Configuration. For more information, see Self-renewal configurations.
TIP: Use the search fields located towards the top left of the data grid to search by property or specific criteria such as an amenity type.
