Adding a click to cancel workflow

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When a property is set up for Click to Cancel, purchases in the Prospect and Member Portals that result in a contract can be cancelled by members through their Member Portals. For more information, see Setting click to cancel.

With the Click to Cancel Contract Workflow, your organization can control whether certain membership types, regardless of whether the associated membership amenity was added to a contract by an online purchase or through a manual contract, are eligible for Click to Cancel in the Member Portal.

This article describes the steps for setting up a Click to Cancel Workflow.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Adding a click to cancel contract workflow

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears.

  3. Select the Click to Cancel tab.

  4. Click the Add button for either the Operator or Property. The Add Click Click to Cancel Workflow menu appears.

TIP: The process for adding an operator or property workflow is almost identical. Differences are noted in the screen reference at the end of this article.

  5. Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the screen reference at the end of this article.

  6. Click Save.

Property

Select the property the workflow applies to. This field does not show for the operator level workflow.

Membership Types

Select which membership types make a contract eligible for click to cancel.

Example: Your organization uses a membership type called Membership Status. A property offers three membership amenities: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. All three amenities are linked to this membership type.

An internal user creates a contract that includes only the Gold membership amenity. The contract does not include any other products or services. Because the Gold amenity uses a membership type that is selected in the workflow, the contract is eligible for click to cancel.
