Adding a self-renewal amendment workflow

Self-renewal amendment workflows allow you to choose the default document template and amendment type set when a member self-renews their contract. For more information about amendment types and document templates, see Adding a contract type and Creating a custom contract template.

This article describes adding a new self-renewal amendment workflow.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To add a self-renewal amendment workflow

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears.

  3. Select the Amendments tab, then the Self-Renewals tab.

  4. Click the Add button for either the Operator or Property. The Add Self-Renewal Workflow menu appears.


    TIP: The process for adding an operator or property workflow is almost identical. Differences are noted in the Add self-renewal workflow screen reference at the end of this article.


  5. Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Add self-renewal workflow screen reference at the end of this article.

  6. Click Save.

Property

Select the property the workflow is for. This field does not show for the operator-level transfer amendment workflow.

Amendment Type

Select the amendment type that is automatically set. For more information about adding contract and amendment types, see Adding a contract type.

Space Only Document Template

Select the template that is automatically set at the Communicate stage when the contract only has spaces. For more information about adding a contract template, see Creating a custom contract template.

Amenity Only Document Template

Select the template that is automatically set at the Communicate stage when the contract only has amenities. For more information about adding a contract template, see Creating a custom contract template.

Space and Amenity Document Template

Select the template that is automatically set at the Communicate stage when the contract has both spaces and amenities. For more information about adding a contract template, see Creating a custom contract template.
