After you have customized your contract templates, you need to choose which ones are for ySign and ySign Express. These selections are used for the Communicate stage of a contract. This article describes selecting the different contract template designations.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Setting the ySign and ySign Express Templates
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
NOTE: To customize contract templates at the property level, select Properties in the top menu. On the Properties screen, locate your property in the grid and click the property's name.
Select Document Templates in the side menu.
Click the Category drop-down and select Contract.
Click the edit button. The square select boxes become editable.
Select the ySign or ySign Express square select button next to your template to designate where it appears at the Communicate stage of contracts.
TIP: Multiple templates can be selected as ySign and/or ySign Express templates.
Click Save.
