Adding additional memberships

Updated over 4 months ago

After a contract with a membership amenity has been activated and all available memberships have been assigned, additional memberships can be added without manually amending the contract.

This article describes adding additional memberships after all current memberships have been assigned.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To add additional memberships

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.

  3. Click Detailed View. The Company Overview menu appears.

  4. Select Memberships in the side menu.

  5. Locate the membership in the Memberships section, and click the +Add button. The Add Membership window appears.

NOTE: This option only appears if a Memberships Workflow has been set up for the membership. For more information about adding this workflow, see Adding a Memberships workflow.

  6. Complete the fields.

NOTE: The number of memberships you are allowed to add may be limited by the total space capacity at a property. For more information, see Adding a Memberships workflow.

  7. Click Send Paperwork. The page reloads, and an Out For Signature counter appears next to the membership.

  8. Click Out for Signature counter. The contract window opens to the Communicate menu. For more information about the communication stage of a contract, see Communicating contract details to customers.

  9. Complete the applicable communication tasks.

TIP: If communicating the contract using ySign Express, allow up to 15 minutes for the amendment to activate once the signing process is completed.

  10. Kube activates the contract and updates the membership count. For information about assigning memberships, see Reviewing and editing memberships.
