Contract transfer workflows allow you to choose the default document template and amendment type set when a transfer amendment is created. For more information about amendment types and document templates, see Adding a contract type and Creating a custom contract template.
This article describes adding a new transfer workflow.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To add a transfer workflow
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears.
Select the Amendments tab, then the Transfers tab. The Transfer Amendment Requirements menu appears.
Click the Add button for either the Operator or Property. The Add Transfer Amendment Requirement menu appears.
TIP: The process for adding an operator or property workflow is almost identical. Differences are noted in the Add Transfer Workflow Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Add Transfer Workflow Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.

Transfer Type | Select whether the workflow is for an internal or external transfer type. |
Property -or- Property List | Select the property or property list that the change move in workflow applies to. This field does not show for the operator level transfer amendment workflow. |
Document Template | Select the template that is automatically set at the Communicate stage gate. For more information about adding a contract template, see Creating a custom contract template. |
Amendment Type | Select the amendment type that is automatically set. For more information about adding contract and amendment types, see Adding a contract type. |
