After a member is banned, if your organization determines that they should be reinstated, the member can be unbanned.
This article describes unbanning a member.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Unbanning a member
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
TIP: You can also unban a member by clicking the three dot additional options button and selecting Unban Member.
Click the Unban button. Kube automatically updates the member, and the ban is removed.
