Members Introduction

A member is a customer who books spaces and buys products or services at your properties. Every member is assigned to a single company and a primary property.

When you add a member, Kube assigns the member Full Access status if the member's company has an active recurring contract or Limited Access if the member's company does not have an active recurring contract. Limited Access members do not have access to the directory, discussions, and events in the Member Portal. If the company's recurring contract status changes, Kube automatically updates each member's status.

NOTE: Kube filters the Members screen for the internal user's default property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show information for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.
