An access group gives a member access to the doors included in the access group during the schedule assigned to the access group. This article explains assigning an access group to a member. For more information about adding an access group, see Adding an access group.

To assign an access group to a member
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials screen appears.
Select Access Control in the side menu and select the Access Groups tab.
Click the Add button.
In the Access Group drop-down, select the access group you want to assign the member to.
Click Save.

You can assign multiple access groups to a member. To do so, repeat this procedure for every access group you want to assign to the member.
