When you add a door, you can decide whether you want the door to automatically allow members to unlock it for bookings. If allowed, members can unlock the door using their physical credentials or the Member Portal app when they have a booking in the space the door is mapped to. To prevent a door from being unlocked for bookings
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the data grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Access Control tab. The Settings screen appears.
Select the Door Setup onscreen tab.
Locate the door in the grid and click the door's name.
Click the Edit button.
Uncheck the Exclude from Automatic Provision checkbox.
Click Save.
