You can temporarily unlock a door, should you need to let a member or guest into a space. When you temporarily unlock a door, Kube releases the lock for the default duration of time specified by your access control provider before relocking the door.
NOTE: If you want to set a permanent unlock schedule, see Setting a door's auto unlock schedule.
To manually unlock a door
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the data grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Access Control in the side menu.
Locate the door you want to unlock in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the door.
Select Unlock from the drop-down menu. Kube unlocks the door.
