You can use the Gateway Event Logs menu to view the login attempts of Wi-Fi users. The log displays the Result of the login attempt, along with the details and an applicable message.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Viewing Gateway Event Logs
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu and click the Wi-Fi then Gateway Event Logs tabs. Kube loads the most recent records.
Use the screen filters located towards the top of the data grid to filter the results.
Click Refresh to see a list of the most recent logs.
