Adding a member voicemail announcement

Updated over a week ago

A voicemail greeting is a recording that callers hear when they reach a member's voicemail box. Voicemail greetings are customizable by the member by either recording the greeting directly on their phone through the voicemail menu, or the member can provide the greeting recording as a file, which can then be uploaded into Kube.

This article describes the steps for uploading a voicemail greeting and recording a voicemail greeting.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You can also upload company announcements that the company's members can use. For more information, see Adding a company audio announcement.
