You can reset a member’s voicemail passcode whenever you need to. When you reset a member's voicemail passcode, Kube reverts it to the property’s default passcode set on the property’s General screen. For more information, see Configuring property call processing.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To reset a member's voicemail passcode
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Reset Voicemail Passcode button.
