Assigning an alternate number to a company hunt group

Updated over 5 months ago

You can assign alternate phone numbers to a company hunt group so callers are connected to the hunt group when they dial the alternate phone numbers. Up to 10 phone numbers (in addition to the hunt group's assigned phone number) can be assigned to the hunt group. For more information about assigning a primary phone number to a hunt group, see Configuring company hunt group settings.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
