You can add music that callers hear when placed on hold.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You must first upload the hold music before you can select it. For more information, see Adding a company audio announcement.
To add company hold music
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Overview screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
In the Music on Hold section, select On next to the Music On Hold option. A drop-down file selector appears.
In the drop-down file selector, select the audio file you want to use.
Click Save.
