Inquiry Reports overview

The Inquiry Reports show information about inquiries made by members and leads at your properties through Yardi Internet Listing Services (ILS) or the Prospect and Member Portals. When you sell spaces, packages, and amenities online, you can require members and leads to inquire about the space, package, or amenity before purchasing. For more information, see Inquire function overview.

To view the Inquiry Reports, select Reports > Sales and select the report from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Inquiry Summary Report

The Inquiry Summary Report shows information about all the inquiries made at your properties, which includes the property, member or lead, when the inquiry was made, and the type of item the inquiry was for.

Selecting any inquiry in the Inquiry Summary Report brings up the Inquiry Detail Report that shows more information about the inquiry. See the following section of this article for more information about the Inquiry Detail Report.

Inquiry Detail Report

The Inquiry Detail Report shows details about the selected inquiry, including each item that was inquired about and the message included in the inquiry.
