The Rent Roll Reports show information about expected monthly income (which includes both physical space rental income and amenity income from contracts) and other important contract information. For more information about using reports, see Reports.
To view the Rent Roll Reports, select Reports > Operational and select the report from the drop-down menu.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
The Rent Roll Reports do not include tax, setup fees, or security deposits. The reports show post-discount totals.
Rent Roll Summary Report
The Rent Roll Summary Report lists all active contracts at your properties. The Space Amount, Amenity Amount, and Total columns total for all contracts in the Grand Total row at the bottom of the report. The report breaks down contract value by amenity amount and physical space amount, which totals for each contract in the Total column.
The Original Move-In column is the date the contract was first finalized and moved in and does not change. The Move-In and the Move-Out columns both update if the contract auto renews.
Selecting any row in the Rent Roll Summary Report brings up the Rent Roll Detail Report that shows all recurring monthly charges that make up the contract you selected. See the following section of this article for more information about the Rent Roll Detail Report.

Rent Roll Detail Report
The Rent Roll Detail Report shows all recurring monthly charges included in the contract you selected in the Rent Roll Summary Report. The charges in the Total column total in the Grand Total row at the bottom of the report.
