The Income by Amenity Reports show information about your income, broken down by amenity. For more information about using reports, see Reports.
To view the Income by Amenity Reports, select Reports > Income and select the report from the drop-down menu.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Income reports in Kube do not include tax because tax is a liability, rather than income. Use reports from your accounting software for reporting purposes. Reports in Kube are for reference purposes only.
Income Summary by Amenity Report
The Income Summary by Amenity Report lists your income for each amenity by month. The report totals monthly income for all amenities in the Grand Total row at the bottom of the report and yearly income for each amenity in the Total column.
Clicking on any amenity row in the Income Summary by Amenity Report brings up the Income Detail by Amenity Report that shows all of the approved invoice charges for the amenity row you selected. See the following section of this article for more information about the Income Detail by Amenity Report.

Income Detail by Amenity Report
The Income Detail by Amenity Report shows all of the approved invoices that make up the amenity row you selected in the Income Summary by Amenity Report. The report totals income from the invoices in the Grand Total row at the bottom of the report.
