Inquire function overview

The Inquire feature allows you to customize how you present your spaces, products, and services online and how you want to manage online member and prospect purchases. With the Inquire feature, you can choose whether members and prospects can book spaces and purchase packages and amenities online or whether they must instead inquire, or request more information from you before booking or purchasing.

When a member or prospect inquires about a space, package, or amenity, Kube sends an email to the property contact with the member or prospect’s contact information. Property staff can then reach out to the member or prospect with more details about the space, package, or amenity.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • If your country does not support payment processing, the Inquire feature functions slightly differently. For more information, see Payment processing off overview.

Spaces

You can customize whether you want members and prospects to be able to book your spaces online and how far out they can book. You can also decide to require members and prospects to inquire by reducing how far out members and prospects can book to 0. For more information, see Adding space pricing.

Packages and amenities

You can customize whether your members and prospects can purchase packages and amenities online or whether they must inquire about the package or amenity. You can also customize the button text that appears online for both members and prospects, individually.
