The Occupancy Report lists the occupancy status for all of your spaces at each of your properties, contract information for each space, and space rates. For column heading definitions, see the Occupancy Report Screen Reference below. For more information about using reports, see Reports.
If you have removed a space from occupancy statistics, Kube does not include the space in occupancy calculations, no matter its occupancy status. For more information, see Removing a space from reports and statistics.
NOTES:
If a space is not included in an active contract, Kube does not consider it occupied. Kube does not include hourly and daily bookings in the Occupancy Report. For more information about bookings, see Booking Reports overview.
You can update the report to show the most recent data by clicking the Run Now button on the Scheduled Tasks screen. For more information, see Manually updating report statistics.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To view the Occupancy Report, select Reports > Operational and select the report from the drop-down menu.
The following graphic shows an example of the Occupancy Report screen:
Status | Whether a space is vacant or occupied.
NOTE: If a space is not included in an active contract, Kube does not consider it occupied. Kube does not include hourly and daily bookings in the Occupancy Report. For more information about bookings, see Booking Reports overview.
The Status percentage in the Grand Total row at the bottom of the report calculates the percent of occupied spaces using the number of spaces. |
Square Feet | Square footage of the space. |
Contract Name | Name of the active contract the space is included in. |
Contract Rate | Monthly recurring rate of the space in the active contract the space is included in. |
Market Rate | Target retail space cost listed on the Space Pricing screen. For more information about space pricing, see Adding space pricing. |
Value Difference | Subtracts the Market Rate from the Contract Rate to show how far above or below the Market Rate the Contract Rate falls.
NOTE: A negative Value Difference amount indicates that the space costs less than the target Market Rate amount. A positive Value Difference amount indicates that the space costs more than the target Market Rate amount. For more information about space pricing, see Adding space pricing. |
