Reviewing and emailing an approved invoice

After an invoice has been generated and sent to one of your companies for payment, you can review it and manually resend it to the company's primary contact.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To review and email an approved invoice

  1. Select Receivables in the top menu and select Invoices from the drop-down menu.


    NOTE: If your organization does not use invoice approval, Kube hides the Approval Pending screen and the Approved screen appears instead. If this is the case, skip to Step 3. For more information, see Turning invoice approval on or off.

  2. Select the Approved tab on the screen.

  3. To review an invoice, click the three dot Additional Options button next to the invoice you want to review and select View from the drop-down menu. The invoice PDF downloads.

  4. To email an invoice, click the Additional Options button next to the invoice you want to email and select Email from the drop-down menu.


    TIPS:

    • You can bulk email invoice PDFs by clicking the square select button next to multiple invoices. The Email Selected button appears at the top of the screen. Click Email Selected to send all the selected invoices.

    • You can bulk preview multiple invoices for multiple companies at one time by clicking the square select button next to multiple invoices. The Merge and Download button appears at the top of the screen. Click Merge and Download to download a copy of the selected invoices to your device. Kube does not save or modify the selected invoices.

    • If you want to email an approved invoice to someone who is not the company's primary or billing contact, download the invoice PDF and manually email the PDF to the desired recipient.
