Sending the move out refund form

In some situations, a company may have funds due to them, but there is no bank account on file to send the remaining funds to. The Move Out Refund feature allows you to send a form to the company requesting their banking details. For more information about the move out forms, see Editing the Move Out form templates.

This article describes sending the move out refund form.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To send the move out refund form

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company. The Company Essentials window appears.

  3. Click Detailed View. The Company Overview screen appears.

  4. In the Billing section, locate the property with an amount due to the company.

  5. Click the three dot additional options button, and select Move Out from the drop down menu.

  6. Click Send Refund Form.

    1. Enter the number of hours before the link sent to the signatories expires.

    2. Add or change the signatories the refund form is sent to.


      NOTE: The refund form can be sent to a maximum of two signatories.


  7. Kube sends the Move Out Refund Form Sent email to the signatories. For more information about email templates, see Email template triggers and recipients.


    Note: Kube automatically notifies the internal user assigned to the company when the form has been completed by sending the Move Out Refund Form Completed email template.
