The MIMO Tracker menu allows you to quickly see which companies are moving in and out of spaces at a property. Each move record allows you to email the company's primary member. Emails can either be sent in bulk or individually.
This article describes sending emails from the MIMO Tracker menu.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Sending an email from the MIMO tracker menu
Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.
Select MIMO in the side menu. The MIMO Tracker appears.
Click the MIMO Emails button to send emails for multiple move records at one time.
Use the square select button to individually select which companies to email.
TIP: Use the top most square select button to select all the available move records.
Select an email template from the drop down menu to select what content or information is sent to the member. For more information about custom email templates, see Adding an email template for Activity Feed emails.
To send a customized or individual email, locate the move record in the grid and click anywhere in the record. The Moving In or Moving Out menu appears.
Click Emails to expand the menu. Customize the email as desired. See the end of this article for a screen reference.
Click Send.
NOTE: The first email sent from either the MIMO Emails menu or a move record, completes either the Send Move-In Email or Send Move Out Email checklist item.
Email editor screen reference
Template | Select the template you wish to use for the email or select None to enter your own text in the Content field. When you select an email template, Kube populates the fields below with data from the template and displays the template's email body text in the Content field. You can edit all of the prefilled data and the email body text.
NOTE: If you have a default email template selected in your Personal Profile, Kube automatically selects that template. If no templates appear, none have been added yet. For more information, see Choosing your default email template and Adding an email template for Activity Feed emails. |
Subject | Enter the email subject line. |
From | Enter the name that you want to appear as the sender. You can enter an email address or use the [Internal User Name] or [Operator Name] tokens to automatically populate the field. |
Reply To | Enter the email address you want user replies sent to. You can manually enter an email address or use the [Internal User Email] or [Operator Email] tokens to automatically populate the field. |
CC | If there is an additional email address that should receive the email, enter it here. The member, lead, or contact who receives the email can see this email address. |
BCC | If there is an additional email address that should receive the email, enter it here. The member, lead, or contact who receives the email cannot see this email address. |
