Kube comes with preset Move Out form templates that can be edited to meet your organization's needs. You can edit both the system and the property Move Out form templates. The system template is used for all your properties, and the property template is only used at the property it is set up for. This article describes editing the Move Out form system template, but the steps are the same for a property's Move Out form template.
This article is part of the Kube system setup flow and the Kube property setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To edit the move out form templates
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
NOTE: To add a property template, select Properties in the top menu. On the Properties screen, locate your property in the grid and click the property's name.
Select Document Templates in the side menu.
Click the Category drop-down and select Contract.
Click the edit button.
In the HTML Templates section, click the view button next to the Move Out template you want to edit. The editing window appears. See the end of this article for a screen example.
Edit the form as desired. Because of the complex nature of HTML, this aspect is not covered in the Help Center.
CAUTION: Do not use any other tokens than the ones provided in the Insert Data Field from the editor. Using incompatible tokens can cause errors.
Click Save. The window closes.
Click Save again on the Document Templates menu to complete the changes.
