Changing a contract assignee

Contracts are agreements with your companies that charge them for products and services your organization offers. To make changes to a contract (including the contract assignee field), you can amend the contract, which creates a contract draft that you can edit and activate. To change a contract assignee

  1. Select Customers>Contracts in the top menu.

  2. Click the Additional Options button next to the contract in the grid and select Amend from the-drop down menu. The contract's Terms & Company screen appears.

  3. In the Contract Assignee field, select the member or lead you want to assign the contract to and click Save.
