Contracts are agreements with your companies that charge them for products and services your organization offers. You can add spaces, packages, and amenities to contracts for your companies. Amenities you add to a contract can be linked to the spaces on that contract.
This article describes linking amenities to spaces on a contract.
To link amenities to a space on a contract
Select Customers in the top menu and select Contracts from the drop-down menu.
Locate the contract in the grid and click the contract's name.

Select Amenities from the Products & Services section in the side menu.
Locate the amenity you want to add to the contract in the grid and click the Add to Contract button.
TIP: You can increase or decrease the amenity quantity using the - and + buttons that appear on each side of the quantity. Click the Edit button to manually enter a quantity. Click the Save button after you enter the quantity.
Click the Edit button next to the amenity you want to link to a space. The Edit Price screen appears. For more information about editing prices, see Adding products and services to a contract.
In the Link to a Space section, locate the space name you want to link the amenity to.
Use the quantity selector to increase or decrease the amount of the amenity linked to that space.
NOTE: The combined total of amenities linked cannot exceed the total quantity of the amenity.
Click Save. A View Linked Spaces button appears below the amenity's name. Click this button to quickly view the spaces the amenity is linked to.
