Contracts are agreements with your companies that charge them for products and services your organization offers. You can add spaces, packages, amenities, and custom charges to contracts for your companies. Products and services you add can be one-time charges (do not recur every month) or recurring charges (charged every month for the duration of the contract).
When you add products and services, you can customize pricing for each.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To add products and services to a contract
Select Packages or Amenities in the Products & Services section in the side menu.
NOTE: If you need to create a contract, see Creating a contract. Or if you need information about adding a space, see Adding a space to a contract.
Locate the product or service you want to add to the contract in the grid and click the Add to Contract button.
TIP: You can increase or decrease amenity or package quantity using the - and + buttons that appear on each side of the quantity. Click the green Edit button to manually enter a quantity. Click the Save button after you enter the quantity.
If you want to customize pricing for a product or service, click the Edit button next to the product or service. The Item Pricing screen appears.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Item Pricing Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 3-5 until you have added all desired products and services to the contract.
NOTE: Click Next Step to add custom charges to the contract. For more information, see Adding a custom charge to a contract.

NOTE: The example provided is for a package, but the discount fields and pricing fields are the same for amenities and not covered separately.
TIP: If you are editing the pricing for an amenity, the option to link it to a space on the contract appears. For more information, see Linking an amenity to a space.
Summary Section
| Qty: Add or remove the package or amenity from the contract. This button dynamically updates. Contract: The price displayed here dynamically adjusts based on the price set in the fields below. Displays Custom when custom pricing is selected. Retail: Displays the non-member price of the package or amenity. Security Deposit: Displays the security deposit set for the package or amenity. Dynamically updates to reflect changes made in the pricing section. Setup: Displays the setup fee set for the package or amenity. Dynamically updates to reflect changes made in the pricing section. Occurrence: For packages and amenities, whether Kube charges the company for the product or service one-time or monthly.
NOTE: By default, Kube selects the Occurrence set when the amenity was created. For more information, see Adding a package amenity. |
Pricing Section
| Free Amenity: For amenities, this option sets the amenity to free for the company. Kube hides the Pricing fields when this option is enabled. Promotion: Enter a promotion code to see and optionally apply the range of pre-approved discounts for the package or amenity. This field automatically populates with a promotion code if a promotion is set to apply automatically. For more information about promotions, see Adding a promotion.
Price adjustments that exceed the approved discounts may be subject to approval. For more information about contract approvals, see Contract approval flow overview. Simple Pricing: Select from either Contract Price, Approved, Discount, Increase, or Manual to adjust the price.
Select Discount or Increase to adjust the price based on a percentage or flat dollar amount.
Some price adjustments may be subject to approval. For more information, see Contract approval flow overview.
NOTE: The price adjustments made in this field do not affect the security deposit or setup fee amounts. Custom Pricing: You can add different steps that adjust the price of the amenity during the month or months you select. Click the Add Step button to add multiple steps throughout the term of the contract. Select Discount or Increase to adjust the price based on a percentage or flat dollar amount. Click the Delete button to remove a step.
TIP: If the term of the contract is adjusted or the contract is amended, the custom pricing dates adjust accordingly.

This option is used if you want Kube to use that price when you add one-time amenity charges for this company and this amenity. |
Package Contents
| Included In Package: Displays the amenities the package contains that are included in the package price.
Recommended Add-Ons: For packages, you can specify the additional amenities you would like to include in the contract. You can edit each amenity by clicking the Edit button. |
