Adding a contract from a floor plan

Floor plans allow you to add images to your Floors and map spaces to those images to visually represent the layout of your building. Once an image is added and spaces have been mapped, the Floor Plan Layers highlight different statuses of those spaces. This article covers the contract on-click option.

NOTE: This article only covers the Occupancy Floor Plan Layer and the on-click options for spaces with a Vacant status.

Adding a contract while viewing a floor plan

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Floor Plans in the side menu. The Floor Plans screen appears.

  4. Hover over the individual spaces to see information about that space's status. For more information, see Reviewing space statuses from a floor plan.

  5. Locate the space in the floor plan and click on the space. The Select Action menu appears.


    NOTE: The Select Action menu only appears if Admin booking options are available. For more information on choosing who is allowed to book a space, see Setting who can book a space.


  6. Click Create Contract. For information on contract creation and tasks, see Creating a contract.
