Selecting whether a member has access to company booking units

Updated over 3 months ago

Company booking units are booking units that a company's members can use to make bookings. Unlike member booking units that are assigned to specific members, company booking units are shared among a company's members.

You can control whether members have access to company booking units. If a member has access, they can use company booking units to make bookings. You can also control whether members use member or company booking units first when making bookings. For more information, see Selecting whether a member uses member or company booking units first.

This article is part of the Kube customers setup flow. For more information, see Customers setup checklist.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You can update the company's access to company units setting to update all of that company's members at the same time. For more information, see Selecting whether a company's members have access to company booking units.
