What is access control?
Access control allows you to integrate third-party door locks into Kube to give members access to specific doors, access to spaces they book, and set door auto unlock schedules. For more information, see Access Control.
How do I set up access control?
You set up access control at each of your properties that use third-party door locks. Get started with, Adding an access control schedule.
How can members unlock doors?
You can give members access control credentials so they can unlock doors. When you assign credentials to members, all members get Member Portal access to unlock doors. You can also assign a physical credential (key fob, swipe card, etc.). For more information, see Adding an access control credential and Configuring access control amenities.
What doors can members with access credentials unlock?
If you allow doors to be unlocked for bookings, members with credentials and bookings can unlock the doors mapped to their booked space during the booking time and during the buffer time set before and after the booking. If you add members to access groups, they can unlock the doors included in the access group during the schedule specified in the group. For more information, see Assigning an access group to a member.
How can I stop a door from being unlocked during bookings?
When you add a door, you can set whether the door allows members with access control credentials to unlock the door when they book the space the door is mapped to. For more information, see Preventing a door from being unlocked for bookings.
How do I make a door unlock automatically?
You can set a door's auto unlock schedule to control when the door is unlocked for all members and guests. For more information, see Setting a door's auto unlock schedule.

How do I change or remove a member's physical access control credential?
