How do I find information in Kube?
You can use the Global Search feature located in the top menu to search for records included on the Property, Space, Company, Member, Lead, and Contract screens. When you enter a search term in Global Search, Kube displays all the search results divided by the screen they appear on. For more information, see Using global search.
Why can't I see certain screens or information in Kube?
Depending on your role, or permission to access different Kube features, you may have limited access to certain areas of Kube.
If you cannot see certain records in Kube, check whether there are any filters on the screen that might prevent your data from showing. If you are assigned to a property list, you can only see information for the properties on the list. For more information, see Adding a property list.
How can I get my information into Kube faster?
You can use imports to reduce the amount of data entry you must do when setting up Kube. For more information, see Importing data into Kube.
