You can use Kube’s global search function to search for records included on the Property, Space, Company, Member, Lead, Contact, and Contract screens. When you enter a search term in global search, Kube displays all the search results divided by the screen they appear on.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Starting a Search
Click the magnifying glass Global Search button in the top menu. The global search bar appears.
NOTE: If this is your first time using the global search since logging in, the above search bar is displayed. Otherwise, the full search results window appears.
Enter your search term in the field.
Click the magnifying glass Search button. Kube displays the search results.
TIP: You can click on different tabs to see the search results from that screen. To display archived records along with active records, click the square select button next to Include Archived. Kube shows the number of search results for each tab next to the tab name.
Adding a new lead or member from the global search
If your search returns no results for the lead or member, they can be added using the Add User button located towards the upper right of the global search window. The New Company form appears. For field descriptions, see Adding a company.
Complete the fields and click Save.
A confirmation appears as well as an updated search result in the grid.
If you would like to create a contract, click on Create Contract. Creating a contract is covered in the next section.
Creating a contract from the global search
Click the magnifying glass Global Search button in the top menu. The global search bar appears.
Search for the company, member, or lead. Click on Create Contract.
The contract window appears. For more information on completing the contract, see Creating a contract.
